Job summary

The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents and stories, and grow a recurring revenue stream while following a clear launch plan.

You’ll split time between in-person community engagement and working from a home office, with support from a national team and step-by-step training to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting each community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2’s tools and processes.
