You’ll be a local publisher, forming partnerships with business owners, featuring residents, and growing a recurring revenue stream. This hybrid role blends in-person outreach with a home-office setup.

You’ll follow a clear launch plan, first establishing your territory and client base, then growing a business under your own name with national support and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting community heart.

• Partner with national team for design, production, training and support.
