The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You will act as a local publisher, building partnerships with business owners and featuring residents and stories that showcase the community.

You’ll grow a recurring revenue stream while working with a step-by-step launch plan. Your first months focus on establishing your territory, building a client base, and growing a business with your name on it, with a hybrid work setup combining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• US resident.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach the homeowners in the neighborhoods you serve.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories that reflect the heart of each community.
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2's proven tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
