The N2 Company is seeking an Area Director to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents, and grow a recurring revenue stream for your territory.

Accepted candidates will follow a clear launch plan, establish territory, and build a client base. This hybrid role blends in-person relationship work with a home-office setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• US resident status required.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in the neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2 tools.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead the publication's growth as the face of Stroll in the market.
