BNI Connecticut is seeking an Area Director to drive revenue and Membership growth across the assigned market. You will lead a team of Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors, executing growth plans and ensuring strong Member engagement.

The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams, with travel across the region. This is a full-time, field-based leadership position.
