Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical installation, testing, and commissioning practices.
• Understanding of workforce planning, productivity, and craft supervision.
• Ability to direct and motivate Craft Professionals to maintain safety, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to mechanical Craft Professionals to ensure Zero Accident Philosophy is incorporated into all mechanical construction activities.
• Determines workforce requirements and allocates labor to support planned work activities and overall project schedule.
• Develops and maintains work plans, sequencing, and schedules for mechanical installations.
• Ensures materials, tools, and equipment are available to support mechanical work execution.
• Monitors installation activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinates with field engineers and craft professionals to interpret engineering and vendor documents.
• Identifies and resolves constructability issues in coordination with field engineering.
• Monitors productivity and performance of craft to maintain schedule and efficiency.
