Job summary

UnionMain Homes seeks an Area Construction Manager to lead field operations for single family and multifamily homes, overseeing Superintendent and Warranty staff. You will recruit, train and supervise teams, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance on every project.

You will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with trade partners, inspectors, and customers, and serve as the company’s primary on-site representative to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Experience in multifamily construction is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Superintendent and Warranty personnel; recruit, hire and train staff.
• Lead field operations for home construction and warranty; ensure quality and safety.
• Manage schedules, budgets and trade partners to meet timelines and costs.
• Coordinate communication with sales, purchasing, homeowners and officials; ensure compliance.
• Represent UnionMain on site with partners, customers, inspectors and regulators.
