Lennar USA is seeking an Area Construction Manager to supervise home-building operations across multiple communities. You will lead, coach, and develop teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project/construction management in residential construction.
• Minimum 3 years directing, coordinating, and supervising construction staff.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage teams across multiple communities for optimal performance.
• Provide training to construction team on warranty, scheduling, and quality control.
• Manage staffing, evaluations, and development with strong communication.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Oversee trade partner activities and ensure timely inspections and approvals.
• Inspect homes to verify quality and ensure compliance with codes and policies.
