About The Area Coach Role

• Our experienced multi-unit leaders have deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and guest performance metrics. They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction.
• Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals.
• We have an environment of operational excellence, positive energy, growth mindset, bold goals and high standards. Our leaders communicate with empathy, clarity and transparency with people at all levels in the business.

What You Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
• Two years multi-unit leadership experience in either a food service or retail environment with full operational responsibilities including new asset development and rebuilds
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to utilize various technology platforms to measure operational performance
