Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision of 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants. You will hire and develop RGMs, coach on the 4 Rights, and drive results with VOC/CORE insights.

Responsibilities include leading product rollouts, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a positive team culture while analyzing area financial performance and trends. Travel between stores is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

• Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.
• Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations.
• Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:
