Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks an Area Coach to oversee 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, guiding RGMs and managers to meet operating plans and drive customer satisfaction. You will lead hiring, coaching and development, and monitor performance across locations to ensure strong financial results.

The role requires 5 years of multi-unit management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel daily between stores while maintaining high engagement with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the How We Work Together Principles and provide regular feedback.
• Take proactive actions and maintain high activity levels.
• Monitor customer perception through visits, VOC and CORE analyses.
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure restaurant success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude with staff and customers.
• Analyze financial performance of the area and identify trends.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
• Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).
• Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
• Background checks are run on all management employees
