Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring Area Coaches to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. You will drive sales, ensure high food and guest standards, and implement company initiatives while managing labor and costs.

A minimum of 5 years in multi-unit restaurant leadership is required, with travel as needed. Eligibility includes being 21+, possessing a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
