Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a convenience store.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Assist with multiple sites and provide coverage for vacations or absences.
• Create schedules for part-time and full-time staff to maintain store hours.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, discipline and, when needed, terminate staff.
• Enforce policies, laws and brand standards for the site.
• Ensure compliance with Oregon meal and rest break requirements.
• Handle daily deposits, invoicing, inventory, pricing and daily paperwork.
• Support deli cooking and card-reader operations.
• Maintain vendor relations and store cleanliness and safety.
