Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and oversight of maintenance and engineering operations across multiple hotel properties (1 full-service & 3 limited-service).
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintaining hotel mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, plumbing, electrical, pool & kitchen equipment).
• Ensuring fire/life-safety compliance, building codes, brand standards, inspections, and local regulations.
• Recruiting, training, and directing property-level engineering teams.
