Qualifications

• Extensive hotel or commercial building engineering experience with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pool, and life-safety systems.
• Candidate is a leader, planner, and mentor capable of managing multi-property engineering operations.
• Hospitality engineering experience with prior multi-property leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across maintenance and engineering operations for 1 full-service & 3 limited-service properties.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee compliance with fire/life-safety, codes, brand standards, and inspections.
• Recruit and develop property-level engineering teams; manage budgets and asset lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors and outside contractors; review bids for major repairs and capital projects.
