• Extensive hotel or commercial building engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and mentoring abilities.
• Hospitality engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and engineering operations across multiple hotel properties.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain and optimize HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing, and pool equipment.
• Ensure compliance with life-safety codes, fire and building regulations.
• Recruit, train, and direct engineering staff; manage vendor relationships.
