Job summary

Members 1st Federal Credit Union in Selinsgrove, PA, seeks an Area Branch Manager to drive growth across 3–5 branches, lead Branch Managers, and execute the strategic plan for the designated area.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and build community partnerships while delivering outstanding service.

A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of leadership in banking are preferred; travel is required to oversee multiple locations across the region.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in branch sales and service, management, and/or the retail sales environment coupled with progressive branch operations management experience and a broad exposure and familiarity with consumer and real estate lending.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in leadership, performance management and staff development for career enhancement where applicable.
• Experience or knowledge of banking practices, and in-depth understanding of internal audit principles, fraud risks, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Experience or knowledge of local business climate and involvement in the local business community.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic plan for a designated geographic area and lead Branch Managers and Assistant Branch Managers.
• Drive branch growth and service, monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead community engagement, identify partnerships, and represent the region in leadership opportunities and public engagements.
