Your role involves coaching associates, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth front-desk, housekeeping, and F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand/hotel standards.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure high service levels for guests.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets and revenue optimization to balance service and costs.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and brand standards to improve scores.
• Resolve guest complaints and anticipate issues affecting operations.
