Job summary

IMT Residential in California seeks an Area Assistant Community Manager to support multiple communities from San Fernando Valley to Northern California, with weekend coverage. You will handle leasing, bookkeeping, and outstanding customer service while using MRI software and staying compliant with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Multi-family housing experience.
• Knowledge of property bookkeeping and finances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and ability to handle high volume environments.
• Ability to make sound business decisions and work weekends when required.
• Driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service to build relationships.
• Perform bookkeeping including rent collection, delinquency and move-out statements.
• Lease available apartments and renew existing leases.
• Stay informed on Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Conduct market research and assist with marketing and resident events.
• Use MRI software to enter data and pull reports.
• Handle additional projects as assigned by Community Manager.
