Fairfield Residential in California is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support property operations, drive resident satisfaction, and ensure financial accuracy. The role advances leasing and marketing experience within property management.

You will handle rent processing, reporting, and team mentorship while promoting fair housing compliance and strong resident relations in a fast-paced multifamily environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required.
• Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Account for rent collections, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
• Complete bank deposits and account reconciliations.
• Use Yardi software for property accounting tasks.
• Lease apartments and promote resident satisfaction.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve service issues promptly.
• Mentor leasing team and support the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws.
