IMT Residential in California seeks an Area Assistant Community Manager to support multiple communities from San Fernando Valley to Northern California, with weekend coverage. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and assist with marketing and resident events.

• Handle additional projects as assigned by Community Manager.

IMT Residential is hiring an Area Assistant Community Manager (Area Assistant Property Manager) to work at our California communities throughout our portfolio in San Fernando Valley, Orange County, Long Beach, San Diego, and Northern California. Flexibility is needed for Saturday and Sunday coverage.

• Pay - $27.00 to $31.00/hr. depending upon skills and experience related to the role

Position Details

The Area Assistant Community Manager (Area Assistant Property Manager) assists the Community Manager in ensuring a positive working environment, quality community living, and a high standard of operations to meet IMT’s objectives.

• Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service that will build lasting relationships
• Perform bookkeeping including rent collection, delinquency and move-out statements
• Lease available apartments
• Renew existing leases
• Stay abreast of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Conduct market research, project leasing activity, and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programs
• Use MRI software to enter information and pull various reports
• Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Community Manager
