Job summary

Quality Management Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in California to support daily property operations and compliance with a focus on occupancy and resident services.

You will assist in marketing, leasing, and financial tasks, while coordinating with the Community Manager to ensure timely processing of notices, certifications, and move-ins. A customer-service mindset and experience with Yardi are valuable.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a similar role.
• 1–2 years in customer service.
• Knowledge of HUD and Tax Credit programs.
• Proficient with calculator and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident files and Yardi data per policies.
• Process housing applications and recertifications.
• Assist in marketing vacancies and show units.
• Process payments and post to Yardi; assist budget prep.
• Maintain resident relations and responsive service.
• Attend events and possible travel; support team.
