Job summary

ALO seeks an Asset Protection Specialist to safeguard flagship stores and surrounding sanctuaries. You will lead investigations, monitor CCTV, analyze RFID data, and partner with store teams to reduce shrinkage while maintaining customer experience aligned with the ALO brand.

Ideal candidates have loss prevention or security experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel within the market; evenings and weekends may be required. Base pay is $25–$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations in retail.
• Travel within the market to sanctuaries as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Use data and strategy to achieve shrinkage goals in assigned stores.
• Investigate theft, fraud, and other loss-related activities.
• Utilize CCTV to monitor store activities and address safety concerns.
• Analyze surveillance footage and gather evidence for investigations.
• Monitor inventory levels using RFID data for top loss items.
• Collaborate with management to enforce loss prevention policies.
