Job summary

Azuria is seeking an experienced Area Administrator to support field operations and corporate oversight. You will enter data and process reports through JD Edwards, monitor costs, and prepare invoices.

This role supports 25-30 crew members and requires precise timesheet and log management. Responsibilities include expense tracking, vendor payments, and supply management, plus aid in hiring records and training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Minimum two years of related recordkeeping experience in construction.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and Office programs.
• Aptitude to make demand calls for cash collection and driver log submission.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and write reports and procedures.
• Experience with JD Edwards and CM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter data and process reports through JD Edwards.
• Monitor actual versus forecasted job costs monthly.
• Prepare customer invoices and perform collections.
• Review timesheets for all personnel via Time Management software.
• Maintain DOT qualification files and daily logs for crews.
• Process expense reports and manage company credit cards.
• Order and distribute consumables for crews; maintain supplies.
• Process insurance forms and subcontractor documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractor payments and vendor invoices.
• Support hiring/termination processes and training records.
• Provide direct support to crew personnel and management.
• Occasional travel to training or other units.
