Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an ARD Facilitator to support a junior high caseload for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role focuses on guiding IEP development, ensuring compliance, and coordinating ARD meetings with educators, parents, and service providers.

The ideal candidate holds a valid Special Education Teacher certification, brings deep knowledge of special education law, and communicates effectively to foster student success and collaboration within the school community.

Qualifications

• Certification in Special Education is required.
• Experience with ARD meetings and IEP development.
• Knowledge of state and federal special education laws.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARD meetings according to district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate case records and timely documentation.
