Job summary

Anova Education seeks an ARD Facilitator to coordinate annual review/ARD meetings and oversee ARD paperwork. The role monitors IEP implementation and facilitates clear communication between parents, staff, and the campus Principal/Director of Special Education.

The successful candidate will bring knowledge of state and federal special education laws, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience in ARD processes within Texas schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in education or related field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced eligibility.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with Special Education.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assist ARD meetings, set agendas and guidelines.
• Lead ARD committee discussions to ensure participation and task focus.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state ARD timelines.
• Coordinate communication between special and general education staff about ARD decisions and IEPs.
• Support delivery of special education curriculum per IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to target achievement gaps and resource use.
• Help ensure ARD processes align with district expectations and policies.
