Job summary

Worley is hiring a Wells Intervention Technician for a remote/rotational assignment in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role focuses on day-to-day maintenance of wells and facilities with safety as a priority and requires the ability to work in harsh arctic conditions.

Expect a demanding 84-hour week with meals and lodging on location and company-provided transportation. Training, safety compliance, and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and driver insurance eligibility.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements within 6 months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED; NSTC training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day manual labor and maintenance on Wells Intervention equipment.
• Attend safety, developmental, and technical training.
• Follow safety policies and the HSE management system.
• Conduct rigging, hydro-testing, and pipe/fitment work on site.
• Operate equipment including loaders, trucks, forklifts and lifts.
• Ensure effective communication with team and adapt to operations.
