Job summary

Worley seeks a qualified Heavy Equipment Operator for Arctic operations in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. The role involves operating cranes and associated equipment to assist maintenance and construction crews in a remote, demanding environment.

Responsibilities include conducting pre-operational checks, maintaining logs, and adhering to safety guidelines while performing physical labor when not operating heavy machinery. Training and certifications are required, with full-time rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NSTC certification or equivalent training.
• NCCCO TLL large telescopic (swing cab) certification.
• Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement are preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom trucks, Grove cranes, and 45–90 ton hydraulic cranes.
• Pre-check and inspect equipment prior to operation.
• Log equipment maintenance and report faults to foremen.
• Attend safety trainings and ensure certifications are up to date.
• Perform physical labor when crane operations are not active.
• Follow all safety, client, and company policies.
