Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Heavy Equipment Partsman to support heavy equipment and light-duty repair operations on the North Slope. You will receive, process, organize, and distribute materials and parts, coordinating logistics to meet repair schedules and maintain accurate documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid US driver’s license, NSTC safety training, and at least three years in materials, logistics, or parts handling, with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• NSTC safety training certification required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Materials, Logistics, or Parts handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/fleet systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with determining material needs with Mechanics, Equipment Shop, and Material Coordinator.
• Check in and review purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and payments for accuracy.
• Ensure supplier and related documentation are processed according to Company standards.
• Monitor material warehousing and ensure items are stored according to Company and customer requirements.
• Support other positions within Inventory, Receiving, and Issuing as needed within the Materials group.
• Maintain shop inventory levels and perform issuing/receiving and physical counts.
