Job summary

ASRC Energy Services is seeking an Equipment Operator to assist in planning daily workloads and safely operate our heavy equipment fleet on the North Slope of Alaska. The role includes road and pad maintenance, winter operations, and support for drill rig moves.

You will be responsible for inspections, logkeeping, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. A Class A CDL with hazmat and NSTC safety cert are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years' dirt work experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience operating motor grader.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' operating "M" model motor grader.
  • Minimum of a Class A Commercial driver's license with hazmat endorsement and current US DOT Medical Card.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • NSTC safety training certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Roads & Pads Foreman.
  • Maintain and repair pads/roads to specified crown, grade, and elevation standards; winter maintenance incl. snow removal.
  • Provide equipment support for drill rig moves and facility maintenance.
  • Use rotary lasers and site levels to establish grade and stakes.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain logs, records, and time cards.
  • Perform pre-operation inspections and basic equipment repairs.
  • Help maintain inventory of supplies, PPE, equipment and tools.
  • Prioritize safety and environmental compliance in all tasks.
