Job summary

Fairweather is seeking an Willow WTI Facility Engineer, based in Anchorage, Alaska, to support surface engineering and planning for development drilling, frac, flowback, and well tie-in to facilities. Travel to the North Slope and other sites is possible starting Q1 2027.

The role focuses on 90-day field execution plans, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure safe, efficient well delivery and program success in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support development of first and subsequent 90 day field execution plan for Willow development drilling.
• Technical and financial evaluation of surface facilities scope for well tie-ins and temporary drilling support infrastructure.
• Support design and build out of Willow WTI well delivery organization; interface with base business unit peers to ensure long term delivery and optimization.
• Identify and develop mitigations for execution threats; identify opportunities and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Willow functions and AKBU Wells team to deliver 2027 drilling, frac, and flowback programs with facilities execution.
