Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Drilling Supervisor/Superintendent III to lead on the North Slope, AK, for an initial 12-month assignment in a 21/21 rotation. This senior role focuses on onsite drilling oversight, coordinating service company activity, cost control and operational reporting.

The successful candidate will contribute to drilling programmes and procedures, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support emergency preparedness across rig and office interfaces.

Qualifications

• Typically 10-15 years of experience in drilling operations.
• Experience providing onsite oversight on exploratory and subsequent development wells.
• Experience supporting professional and/or lead staff across several technical or functional areas.
• Experience resolving complex operational problems and ensuring operational plans align with business objectives.
