Job summary

ConocoPhillips Global Aviation Services is recruiting for a North Slope Chief Pilot based at the Alpine facility on the North Slope. The role oversees all North Slope turboprop flight operations, with weekly rotating shifts, ensuring safe, compliant transport of passengers and freight.

The position requires FAA ATP with multi-engine land, an active medical, and leadership experience in aviation. Expect collaboration with North Slope management and cross-functional teams, plus budget oversight

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 5+ years of aviation industry experience.
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with airplane multi-engine land rating.
• Current/valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce CPAI Aviation SMS with a culture of safety.
• Provide safe, compliant, reliable and efficient aviation solutions.
• Lead North Slope pilot supervision and training programs.
• Oversee scheduling and budgeting for North Slope pilots.
• Coordinate with North Slope Management and operations to meet business needs.
• Direct and central point of contact for North Slope aviation personnel and slope operations.
