Job summary

ConocoPhillips Alaska is seeking a North Slope Chief Pilot to oversee turboprop flight operations and lead a team of pilots in a remote Arctic environment. Based at the Alpine facility with a 1 week on/1 week off rotation, you will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient transport for passengers and freight across the North Slope.

Required qualifications include an FAA ATP certificate, multiple engine flight experience, and a bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with airplane multi-engine land rating.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively maintains CPAI Aviation’s SMS and promotes safety culture.
• Provide safe, compliant, reliable and efficient aviation solutions through teamwork and customer service.
• Oversee North Slope turboprop flight operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage pilot training programs including indoctrination and recurrent training.
• Recruit, onboard and develop North Slope pilot staff and supervise schedules.
