Job summary

Worley is seeking Building Maintenance Technicians for rotational positions at their remote Worley Base in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These technicians will work on a 14/14 or 21/21 schedule, performing a wide range of maintenance and repair duties in camp and commercial facilities, with meals and lodging provided.

The role supports a demanding 84-hour work week with overtime, and includes transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in two of the following trades: general building maintenance, HVAC, mechanics, electrical/controls, or pipefitting/plumbing crafts.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be covered by Worley auto insurer.
• NSTC certification can be provided by Worley if needed.
• Ability to work in cold Arctic conditions and stand/walk/climb/lift as needed.
• Strong teamwork mindset and commitment to safety.
