Felician Sisters of North America is seeking a dedicated Assistant Archivist to work with the Archivist in processing materials at Madonna University Welcome Center. You will organize, catalogue, and describe diverse archival materials, develop finding aids, and apply professional standards to ensure timely access and preservation.

Qualifications

Requires 1–3 years of archival experience.
Strong computer literacy and organizational skills are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Appraise, preserve, and describe archival collections and create finding aids.
Arrange and describe materials following professional standards.
Assist with digitization and preservation projects as needed.
Maintain and standardize legacy database records and online uploads.
Respond to research requests and provide access to collections.
