• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets.
• Ensure contract compliance, scope, and fee structure; monitor performance and risks.
• Oversee quality management and technical excellence; mentor team members.
• Lead client meetings, design reviews, and progress updates; support business development.
