Based in Chicago in a hybrid capacity, you will collaborate across disciplines, mentor teams, and ensure designs meet quality, schedule, and budget goals while delivering compelling environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated equivalency of education and experience accepted.
• LEED Accreditation and professional licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and design across multiple project types and scales.
• Provide design oversight ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary interior design team and foster collaboration.
• Engage clients, translate goals into design strategies, and pursue new work.
