Qualifications

• BA/BS in Architecture plus four years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Licensed as a registered architect or pursuing licensure (preferably OH).
• Knowledge of building systems and materials; knowledge of local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic architectural/engineering calculations.
• Prepare specifications, reports and related data tables.
• Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups.
• Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required.
• Independently perform advanced technical assignments within approved schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate technical and administrative activities with other disciplines.
• Assist in training and evaluation of architectural and design/drafting personnel.
• Review and approve conceptual designs.
• Assist in developing new architectural methods and techniques.
