Job summary

MBH Architects is seeking a Project Manager in Denver to guide architecture projects from concept to completion. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact across all phases.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with consultants, and oversee drawings quality control, with an emphasis on collaboration and timely delivery in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure and LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Experience managing retail projects from concept to build out.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support junior staff to ensure project success and collaboration.
• Assign tasks based on project scope and team strengths with technical guidance.
• Serve as primary client contact with stakeholders and officials across phases.
• Manage deliverables, budgets, and documentation with consultants and QC drawings.
• Lead project meetings and respond to plan checks and changes.
• Provide construction administration including site visits, submittals, RFIs, and coordination.
• Forecast staffing and revenue, assist with billing and client services.
• Report weekly status and contribute to proposals and interviews.
