Qualifikationen

• Experience leading architecture teams on retail renovation and new construction.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture preferred, not required.
• Architectural licensure preferred, not required.
• 10 years of experience in architectural practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards and agency review processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects for the National Retail group and manage schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Serve as primary client liaison and coach team development.
• Prepare and issue contract documents, bid addenda, and RFI responses.
• Oversee construction contract administration and meetings.
• Identify staffing needs and coordinate with operations leadership.
