Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Revit and managing Revit-based documentation.
• Experience leading clients, consultants, teams, schedules, and deliverables.
• Solid understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and develop long-term professional relationships.
• Lead projects from design through construction administration and completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, deliverables, budgets, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, decisions, and issues clearly.
• Mentor junior and intermediate staff on design, documentation, and coordination.
