Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of full-time post-graduation experience in commercial or educational facilities.
• NAAB-accredited degree required; licensure path encouraged.
• Proficient with CD set production in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture; Adobe suite.
• Strong QA/QC review of contract documents and knowledge of codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project, from initiation through construction administration.
• Coordinate project scope with designer, consultants, and client.
• Lead production team during construction documents for contract completion.
• Coordinate with consultants and engineers during CD and administration phases.
• Lead meetings with clients and consultants; ensure schedule and budget alignment.
• Review drawings for precision, codes, scope, and design intent.
