The role emphasizes relationship building with architects and designers, specification-to-sale conversion, and collaboration with sales and fabrication partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/business administration or closely related field.
• One year of field selling experience in commercial design community preferred.
• Must be able to travel as required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, and specification writers in the territory.
• Drive specification adoption and conversion through collaboration with sales and partners.
• Provide product, design, and application guidance tailored to project requirements.
• Track opportunities and conversions using CRM; document activities.
• Deliver presentations and training to design firms.
