Job summary

Acoufelt, LLC in New York City is seeking a Specification Manager to grow product specifications within the architecture and design community. You will focus on integrating Acoufelt’s soft architectural solutions into project designs by collaborating with architects and interior designers.

In this role you will not close deals; success is measured by the number and value of specifications generated and revenue growth in your region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in architectural product sales or specification sales within the A&D community.
• Relationship-driven professional with architects and designers.
• Experience in consultative, solution-based selling for commercial interiors.
• Strong presentation skills with CEUs and educational sessions.
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office for pipeline tracking.
• Based in New York City with reliable personal vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with architects and designers to drive specification.
• Identify opportunities with A&D firms and present Acoufelt solutions.
• Deliver product presentations and CEUs to design firms.
• Track activities and opportunities in CRM with accurate project details.
• Handoff opportunities to pricing and bidding with inside sales and special projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Follow up with designers and stakeholders to keep Acoufelt top of mind.
