Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive revenue for Sierra Pacific Windows by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and promoting products across architectural accounts.

The role requires presenting to architects, interpreting construction drawings, and traveling to events. A Bachelor’s degree or related experience is expected, with strong communication and negotiation skills and CRM/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and self-starting skills.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, building brand awareness and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Architects, Architectural Firms and key accounts.
• Conduct product and AIA accredited presentations for architectural and design communities.
• Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows.
• Provide technical information and write specifications to increase sales.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
• Travel is required.
