Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant - Project Manager (National Multifamily) to own the project lifecycle from schematic design to construction administration. You will maintain client standards, master hardware sets, and ensure data completeness across coordination calls.

With 5+ years in project management or related fields and a strong customer service focus, you will travel up to 50% and collaborate with Allegion's National Multifamily team to deliver on time, within

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Own the standards, Division 8 and Division 28 specifications, and experience with Allegion across the full project lifecycle from SD through CA.
• Build and maintain Overtur Master Sites for each client, including client standards and master hardware sets.
• Develop a detailed Project Plan per project in accordance with Client standards and expectations.
• Maintain a single project register across all clients and report capture rate, revenue per project and spec$ per target.
• Stay current on competitive products and activity in the multifamily market, especially access control and unit entry.

Formation

High School Diploma

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
