Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant - Project Manager (National Multifamily) to lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, maintaining standards and serving as the client interface for a portfolio of multifamily clients.

You will manage the project lifecycle, build Overtur Master Sites, and ensure Division 8/28 specifications are delivered with accuracy. Travel up to 50% within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle to land deliverables on time, within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain Overtur Master Sites for each client with standards and examples.
• Deliver Division 8 and 28 specifications and ensure data alignment from coordination calls.
• Develop a detailed Project Plan per project per client standards and expectations.
• Maintain a single project register; track capture rate, revenue per project and spec$ per target.
• Stay current on competitive products in multifamily market, especially access control.
• Comply with Allegion policies, guidelines and procedures.
