Job summary

Allegion plc is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant - Project Manager (National Multifamily) to own client projects from schematic design to construction administration. You will be the single hardware expert, manage divisions 8 and 28, and build strategic plans with the National Multifamily team across enterprise clients.

Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in project-related fields, travel up to 50%, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
Travel up to 50% within the territory.
Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action.
Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the client interface for every project in your portfolio from SD through CA.
Manage the project lifecycle to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
Build and maintain Overtur Master Sites for each client with standards and sets.
Deliver Division 8 and 28 specifications with data coordination.
Develop a detailed Project Plan per project per client standards.
Co-own the annual business plan with the National Multifamily team.
Maintain National Agreements with Enterprise clients.
Track and report capture rate, revenue per project and spec$ per target.
