Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant - Project Manager for National Multifamily projects. You will own the project lifecycle from SD to CA, maintaining client standards and coordinating divisions 8 and 28 specifications across multiple sites.

You will build master sites, manage deliverables to meet scope, budget, and schedule, and travel up to 50% within the territory while upholding Allegion policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle so deliverables land on time, within scope and budget.
• Build and maintain Overtur Master Sites for each client with standards and hardware sets.
• Deliver Division 8 and 28 specifications and ensure data aligns with client standards.
• Develop a detailed Project Plan per project per client standards.
